Shootin' Starr provides AI-Assisted Operational Staffing, communication support systems, appointment coordination, customer follow-up, operational support, reputation support, business notifications, and related services.

Services are standardized and may not be custom-built unless separately agreed in writing.

The 1795 Main St., Chireno property inquiry page also accepts questions, requested showings, and requested follow-up for a home sold by its owner, Shane Gray. Shootin' Starr is the public communications sender for the property program, not a real estate agency in this sale.

Shootin' Starr provides operational support systems and communication coverage.

We do not guarantee:

• Revenue increases
• Lead generation results
• Sales volume
• Appointment conversion rates
• Business growth outcomes
• Specific operational improvements

Business results depend on factors outside our control, including internal processes, customer behavior, staff participation, and market conditions.

All SMS communications must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.

Users agree not to use Shootin' Starr systems for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited messaging.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

These payment and service subscription terms apply to paying Shootin' Starr service clients only. Asking about or requesting a showing of the Chireno home does not create a service subscription.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Services are billed monthly
• Services are month-to-month
• Cancellation requires written notice
• Fees are non-refundable for services already rendered

Shootin' Starr shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Third-party platform outages
• Carrier delivery delays

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid during the preceding thirty (30) days.

All workflows, automations, systems, documentation, templates, operational structures, branding, and proprietary processes remain the property of Shootin' Starr.

Clients receive the right to use services during active service.

SMS consent is separate, affirmative, and optional: you must select an unchecked SMS consent checkbox to opt in. Supplying a phone number or submitting a form alone does not constitute consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required for a property inquiry.

With optional consent, Shootin' Starr may send informational messages related to:

• Demo scheduling
• Appointment reminders
• Service communications
• Requested follow-up
• Operational support inquiries
• Inquiries, requested showings, and requested follow-up about 1795 Main St., Chireno
